Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff for continuous improvement
Ensuring SOPs are adhered to
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints and feedback effectively
Budgeting and cost control
Overseeing daily operations to ensure that cafe runs smoothly, managing inventory, supplies, and equipment
Ensure food hygiene, safety, and sanitation are strictly enforced
Assist in menu creation, costing, and planning of seasonal dishes
Quality control - supervise and ensure consistent food quality and presentation
Team building - working closely with FOH team too
Reporting to management
Perform all other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a in-charge and possess higher culinary skills
Experienced in western cooking, with pizza background ideal
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, responsible, enthusiastic, and positive-thinking
Required to work on weekends and public holidays - working hours may vary according to shifts
Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
No overtime pay or offset for overtime
