Job Description
- Build good rapport with clients
- Proactively build and develop relationships with new and existing members
- Conduct spa tour for new clients
- Promote membership package to clients
- Provide professional recommendations on treatments
- Achieve monthly sales target.
Receptionist Duties
- Assist in front desk duties when needed
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Teamwork
- Friendly
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is a must
- Preferred candidates with relevant work experience
