WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Supports/Leads site-wide IT programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Supports middle site IT/Laboratory & Automation projects through all project stages: design, funding, installation, demonstration, validation, and optimization.
  • Supports Site IT Lead to plan, schedule and execute department activities and to effectively support manufacturing operations and regulatory audits.
  • Supports Manufacturing Division initiatives to meet production, cost effectiveness, and cost reduction targets set.
  • Ensures Manufacturing IT managed IT/Automation and Laboratory systems are always being maintained in a controlled state and in adherence to SDLC, Data Integrity and site GMP practices.
  • Lead troubleshooting and investigation for manufacturing IT operation systems
  • Updates the SOPs and SDLC documentation to ensure compliance to regulatory standards and ensures documents are generated and maintained to the required standards and appropriate frequency
  • Prepares and perform manufacturing OT system qualification, test plans, and documentation, ensuring documentation meets required regulatory standards
  • Active involvement in proposing the direction and implementation of the manufacturing IT/OT systems
  • Support sitewide IT/OT manufacturing system modifications under change control procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions, effective countermeasures and implement the solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Work closely with stakeholder to ensure continuous operation
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to resolve incidents, events or deviations
  • Participates in reviews and completes action items as required
  • Develops and updates IT/OT manufacturing system training packages, and conducts IT/OT manufacturing system training
  • Support Service Owner and System Owner roles for IT/OT manufacturing system related VMs, Switches, network etc.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electronics & Electrical, Information Technology, Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering
  • 3+ years relevant technical experience in Process Automation or Manufacturing IT/OT, preferably from manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or oil & gas industries
  • Hands on experience with Manufacturing IT/OT and be particularly proficient in Process automation technology is preferred
  • Good Communication skills and good team player
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer focused
  • Proactive and willing to take on challenges
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and drive results on multiple assignments in fast-paced environment
  • Work with different teams to meet common goals, provide end to end solutions and no functional boundaries
