Roles & Responsibilities This is an exciting yet challenging role for the individual who is accepting this appointment. He/She will in working in the Headquarter for Asia Pacific region, into the Business Planning Division, Product Marketing – Special Project Team. This is a contract position for a period of one year with a potential to extend the career into a permanent hire if performance exceed expectations. He/She will look forward to a fruitful and adventurous period with us managing and contributing to key performance indicators in our business.
The Responsibilities:

• Assist the Special Project Manager in his daily tasks to satisfied Asia Pacific countries and customer fulfilment.
• Assist engagement in extensive communication with internal Product Business Unit in Japan, HQ team (Supply chain, Area Marketing Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Planning) and National Sales Countries’ team.
• Assist to manage escalation process and prioritization.
• Assist in strategic inventory activities in areas of distributing, tracking, and managing inventory across Omron’s distribution network and sales channels.
• Assist in providing accurate (to your best ability) demand forecasting by using historical data to make informed inventory planning decisions.

• Diploma in Business Data Analytics, Accounting or Business Management.
• 1~2 years working experience in multi-national corporation, cross-matrix functions.
• Proven Track record in problem-solving, able to work under pressure.
• Must have good command over MS Excel
• Business Intelligence literacy
• Ability to work well across various functions and teams.
• Team-Player, well-organized, result-oriented.
