Specialist IT Coordinator

TasksTasks

• Collect and analyse user requirements and stakeholder inputs for IT projects
• Facilitate coordination and collaboration between the different stakeholders (i.e. IT team, vendors, etc), and to execute the routine operational tasks efficiently
• Handle the IT procurement and manage vendors (including corresponding contracts)
• Propose and execute technology-related solutions to address operational challenges and improve overall business efficiency
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation and processes related to the technology initiatives
• Provide technology-related communication updates and training to end-users in a timely and as-needed manner

QualificationsQualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in IT or Computer Science (other disciplines with relevant experience will also be considered)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT related role or industry
• Highly motivated and the ability to work effectively in both team and independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment and proficient in English communication
• Proficient in utilising Microsoft products including Windows, MS365, Office, Teams, and SharePoint
• Project management and experience with implementing systems is an advantage
