We are currently hiring for a Specialist/Manager, Assortment Strategy (APAC) to join our Regional Marketplace team. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive retail ad sales, supplier ad sales, and other non traditional forms of revenue across 11 markets. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all existing assortment related KPIs, including assortment availability, assortment pricing, assortment seasonality and more
  • Spearhead strategy and execution of cross-functional initiatives to ensure all relevant departments increase their focus on assortment experience across Shops
  • Design product driven solutions to improve user\'s browse and search experience related to assortments.
  • Work closely with Assortment PICs in each market to set up proper workflows and drive performance
  • Coordinate with relevant regional and global stakeholders to manage growth expectations
  • Support Head of Commercial in managing assortment productivity for each market, and play a role in long-term planning, including setting Objectives and Key Results for the markets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\' Degree in a related subject.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in merchandising / buying and category management
  • Knowledge of Tableau, G-suits & SQL is a big plus
  • Experience in online grocery business is a plus
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Can work under pressure; Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with a strong drive;
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners\' needs
  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table, charts)
  • Strong analytical skills
