TasksTasks

• Localise and manage Porsche Asia Pacific\xe2\x80\x99s retail consulting program in connection with the global retail consulting strategy, the corporate strategy as well as market-individual growth potentials and requirements
• With the support of an automotive consultancy, identify, develop and implement optimisation processes, tools and best practices fostering the regional dealers\xe2\x80\x99 and importers\xe2\x80\x99 organisational development and operational efficiency
• Manage the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables projects and processes
• Ensure sustainable business improvements through an ongoing performance review, recurring importer and dealer coaching and the implementation of a transparent reporting process
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams at Porsche Asia Pacific, supporting the development and implementation of strategic projects across the region, to ensure a best possible market exploitation and long-term market development

QualificationsQualifications

• University degree in business administration or relevant other degree
• Minimum 3 years working experience in business development, sales and marketing, consulting or related business area
• Previous working experience with premium automotive on OEM, wholesale and/or retail level preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Well established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
