Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Key Accountability

To complete all task activities within the stipulated SLA (Service Level Agreement).

To adhere to work procedures and complete all work with no audit issue.

To complete work without Breach of Banking Secrecy or Operational Risks/Loss.

Provide end to end transaction management and settlement support, including timely and accurate settlement for all T&M products

Job Duties & responsibilities

Ensure all trades are validated timely and accurately against the source document.

Perform interest rates fixing and generate fixing advises to the clients

Resolve any trade dispute and queries with T&M or counterparties

Perform pre-settlement confirmation with clients

Monitor the trade life cycle and ensure all settlements with counterparties are completed

Perform trades and general ledger breaks reconciliation

Perform reporting to regulators if any

Perform reconciliation and settlement for brokerages

Perform static instruments creations

Involve in business and operation projects where applicable

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of banking experience, specifically in the interest rates derivatives space, including but not limited to funded and unfunded products, cleared trades and uncleared trades Experience in various operation functions which includes processing, reconciliations, funding, settlements etc Good understanding of the settlement end-to-end processes and well versed with interest rates derivatives convention Knowledge in coding eg Python or VBA preferred and proficient in MS Excel Good communication skills Able to multi-task, able to manage multiple responsibilities and issues under pressure and in adherence to strict timelines. -zh_CN
