About the opportunityWe are looking for a Specialist, Performance Marketing - Affiliate (APAC) to join our growing team based in our Singapore office.Responsibilities:Optimise existing affiliate partner performance through analysing performance and identifying/ propose opportunities to achieve channel\'s KPIBrainstorm, conceptualize and execute campaigns that aligns with channel\'s objectivesResearch, propose and execute plans to identify and onboard new Affiliate PartnersManage internal/ external stakeholders and SOPs to ensure smooth running of the Affiliate Marketing Partnership ChannelSupport activities to enhance the Affiliate Marketing PlatformOther ad-hoc task supporting the growth of the channelUnderstanding of Google Analytics and Adjust is necessary for tracking purposesWhat you need to be successful

• Minimum 2 years experience in affiliate marketing
