We are seeking energetic, forward-thinking professionals to join our Information Technology hub in Singapore. The Specialist Program / Project management is accountable for sound execution of portfolio programs. You will have the opportunity to work on global teams to identify and tackle the biggest opportunities and challenges at the intersection of healthcare, information and technology. Primary Responsibilities


  • Ensure positive business outcomes by providing leadership and coordination for project and product teams, including personal organization, communication, negotiation, risk management
  • Develop working relationships across functional areas and with all levels and location of the organization across geographic regions.
  • Provide leadership and engagement to the project team, key stakeholders, subcontractors and associates as required, throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain project visibility with appropriate methodologies, processes and tools
  • Maintain artefacts at project completion, Project SDLC documentation, project lessons learned and reusable collateral.
Education Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma with 5 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 1 years’ experience. Preferably in IT, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
Required Experience and Skills:


  • Ability to drive overall project progress, avoid assumptions, track status of project tasks and schedule by frequent communication with stakeholders.
  • Proficient with work experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, Confluence, Jira, and Agile and Scrum teams.
  • Experience in fostering a work environment based on trust, sharing and collaboration.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, with the ability to coach and counsel.
  • Ability to work independently and escalate obstacles.
  • Ability to engage with software vendors and third-party solution integrators.
  • Ability to advise business owners on managing risks.
  • Has a mindset of continuous improvement, never satisfied with the status-quo
  • Manage finances spanning investment. maintenance and operations, and depreciation.
  • Ability to travel 15% if needed
  • Proficient in the use of project management and analytical software tools, especially JiraAlign, Jira and Confluence
  • Agile certification, PMP Certification, Six Sigma
  • Scrum master and Agile coach experience
  • Experience and/or certification in cybersecurity, cloud, and/or networking
