What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do Maximise the net revenue and margin from the Precious Group Metals (PGMs) services in global region through customer and offshore refiners\xe2\x80\x99 acquisition, retention, existing customer relationship management, contract negotiations and solving operational challenges while managing the risks according to company policies. KEY TASKS Contract execution and Shipment management

• Contract execution, trials monitoring and trouble shooting. Ensures customer contracts & customer interactions are compliant with Anglo American governance processes.

• Manage the shipment from various material resources to ensure the set targets are met.

• Manage the toll refining processes to ensure that the various assay results are aligned and accurate.

Customer Management

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as China, Australia, Singapore, India, USA partners, analytical labs/witness, refiners and bulk downstream PGM producers to manage the projects smoothly.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Aspect System Management

• Manage the portfolio of new and existing metal service customer accounts in Aspect including creating generic template, deal entry of tolling and metal service-related hedging trades, check and approve invoices.

Trading Under Metal Service

• Day-to-day trading of refined metal under metal service book and hedging transactions

PNL Monitoring

• Monitoring PNL to ensure the targets are met.

• Aligning the monthly PNL with Finance and ensure that the correct data are reported to management.

Qualifications

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for

• Degree in Business, Economics or Technical area

• Must have good knowledge of sampling

• Having experience in PGM recycling and refining, PGM downstream products is a plus

• Financial knowledge and commercially minded, innovative mind-set and openness to new ideas

• Degree in Business, Economics or Technical area

• Fluent understanding of commodity markets

• Exceptional numerical and analytical skills

• Expert skills with standard analytical software and tools

• Good conceptual grasp of complexity

• Strong communication skills

• Good English verbal and communications skills
