The incumbent will work closely with the training team in Singapore and develop a learning & development excellence centre. The incumbent will also be managing the transfer of knowledge of solar competencies, E-OJT system and E-competencies and certification process to Jamnagar working closely with the counterpart from Jamnagar.
In line with developing a excellence learning centre, the incumbent will also work with a training consultant responsible for developing an automated training methodology. Best practices or program exchange with Reliance Learning & Development center will also be expected enhancing the current system in Singapore. Hence, the incumbent will be expected to travel to India with requested.
The incumbent will continue to challenge and improve the learning system and automation system for Singapore’s manufacturing competences as required.
