Speech Analytics Quality Data Analyst
This is for the Speech Analytics project for Philippine Geo. This employee will be assigned to handle speech analytics, data analysis for multiple accounts which is part of an ongoing Speech Analytics and QA automation project using Observe AI Tool and to support existing client deployed Speech Analytics Tools.
:
- Lead all QA Automation Deployments in PH Geo using Observe AI Speech Analytics platform.
- Build categories in Speech Analytics tool for data analysis
- Provide reporting and insights on the results from Speech Analytics
- Conduct read out of results/insights
- Partner with Ops stakeholders to better understand their needs and how to better support them
- Partner with QA team and understand processes, guidelines, etc.
