Established in 2020, Swimwerks originated as a school for swimming in Sembawang that offers professional swimming classes for all ages with our team of established swimming instructors.

Today, beyond providing swim classes, we have transformed into a multi-faceted, one-stop aquatic hub for all the water-related activities you can think of!

We have everything individuals need to thrive in the water, from group and private swimming lessons to certification courses and aqua fitness programs.

To cater to our corporate clients, we also provide Lifeguard Services and Aquatic Event Management services for corporate aquatic needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner
• Develop operation performance and productivity in achieving standards, objectives and cost saving for the organization
• Handle enquiries via telephone and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience
• Resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 issues and provide feedback and analysis
• Manpower scheduling & rostering duties
• Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of services, and remind customers on updates
• Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
• Go for site visitation to customers when required

REQUIREMENT:

• The candidate has to be a proficient swimmer
• A requirement for the candidate to take up the Lifeguard or Swimming Instructor Certification.
• Training will be provided.
• Strong eye for details and meticulous with numbers & data
• Comfortable working in a fast paced team
• Good timekeeper, well organized and excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, resourceful and a good team player
• Excellent communication and customer\xe2\x80\x99s centric skills
• Computer literacy with MS office software
