The Associate Executive will provide administrative support to Cluster Education Director and department operations. This position will report to the Director, Group Clinical Education (or equivalent).
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate Executive is responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the Cluster Education Director through calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of commitments
Organising and coordinating departmental meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to post-event follow-up
Overseeing office administration, such as procurement and maintenance of office stationery and other assets
Supporting the mentorship programme for junior doctors by coordinating activities and managing administrative requirements
Managing faculty conference sponsorship, from applications and travel logistics to budget approval and reimbursement
Processing claims for faculty development activities
Supporting faculty development and other faculty-related activities, such as event logistics, and publicity materials
Assisting in the faculty appointments and the Teachers and Educators Database
The Associate Executive is also expected to participate in assigned initiatives and projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
Diploma / GCE 'A' levels with at least 2 years of administrative experience
Prior work experience in educational institution or healthcare setting would be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Personal Attributes
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written)
Meticulous, with strong coordination abilities
