Family Group: Administration
Job Responsibilities:
Support daily administrative operations of the respective Division
Manage the senior leadership' schedules and appointments, coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Handle and file confidential documents and correspondences
Ensure timely input of rosters
Answer calls and handle enquiries
Book meeting venues and assist with meeting arrangements
Job Requirement:
GCE 'O' level with preferably certificate in Business Studies
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT skill, organization and administrative skills
