Transforming existing Contact center application (Pega CRM) ,using Customer Service workspace app module in D365 for BNYM client .
Report to the customer's offshore manager ,to lead the technical delivery of the solution ensuring the designs meet architecture and customer requirements that fully exploit the capabilities of Dynamics 365.
Manage and mentor development team throughout the project delivery, providing team and technical leadership
Liaise with other Dynamics 365 development teams also contributing to delivery of other areas
Provide some hands-on development to the D365 solution as part of a dedicated Dynamics 365 development Scrum Team, including Designing and developing Dynamics 365 plug-ins using modern leading-edge technologies.
Work with business product owners and business analysts to elicit requirements & assist in developing design specifications to maximise the benefit of Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with other stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle - PMs, Business Analysts, testing etc.
