Job Description

Transforming existing Contact center application (Pega CRM) ,using Customer Service workspace app module in D365 for BNYM client .
Report to the customer's offshore manager ,to lead the technical delivery of the solution ensuring the designs meet architecture and customer requirements that fully exploit the capabilities of Dynamics 365.
Manage and mentor development team throughout the project delivery, providing team and technical leadership
Liaise with other Dynamics 365 development teams also contributing to delivery of other areas
Provide some hands-on development to the D365 solution as part of a dedicated Dynamics 365 development Scrum Team, including Designing and developing Dynamics 365 plug-ins using modern leading-edge technologies.
Work with business product owners and business analysts to elicit requirements & assist in developing design specifications to maximise the benefit of Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with other stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle - PMs, Business Analysts, testing etc.

  • Bachelor's Degree with Strong experience as an application developer or equivalent with C#, ASP.NET background.
  • Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Online Platform. - Experience with Microsoft OmnichannelCustomer service workspace Customer service component configuration and Customization
  • Hands-on experience in developing PCF controls with React/FluentUI and integrate with Dynamics Modal App
  • Experience in working with power platform
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service module or certification is desired
  • Experience in extending Dynamics capabilities utilizing plugins, actions, Custom pages, PCF controls, Power Automate and Java Scripting.
  • Experience in Azure Technologies especially Function App and Dev Ops.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, Analysis, designing and development using JavaScript, CSS and HTML solutions as well as utilizing development tools provided within the Dynamics CRM customization environment
  • Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics CRM Architecture and experience in xRM applications by using custom code
  • Experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors
  • Hands-on experience is desirable on configuring and customizing Share Point workflows, Custom Web Part design and development
  • Experiences in SQL Server , XML, XSLT, CAML, Business Data Catalog, Forms Services, Excel Services, Report Center
  • Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and experience in integrating reports with CRM a plus
  • Previous experience on web security including single sign on and password management tools and standards
  • Experience with CRM Mobile features- Experience with advanced web development technologies like REST, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with Outlook and other Line of Business applications SAP, PeopleSoft, SharePoint.
