Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain and verify performance and repair analytical instruments at customers\' sites.

Provide scheduled preventive maintenance for contract customers, remedial maintenance for non-contract customers and all warranty services applicable for all products.

Drive the sale of new service agreements, service agreements updates and instruments add-ons to existing contracts.

Propose to customers on training, support, software, laboratory services, products and field installed computer hardware upgrades.

Assist and support local sales representatives to secure new instruments orders.

Assist in post-sales technical support activities.

Coach junior team members from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in engineering disciplines.

At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in a technical service/customer service environment and supporting analytical instruments.

Knowledgeable with software platforms of associated support equipment.

Communication skills with customers, dealers and distributors.
