A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Executive, Order Management like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team. This role will be responsible for Sales of Service products with strong focus on complex spare parts tenders / frame agreements, Long Term Service Agreement and Factory Rebuild as per the market demands and Authorities requirements,

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:

Regular frame contract work and negotiations (durations 1 to 5 years) with governmental customers (high complexity including topics e.g. such as Offset regulations, export regulations)

Governmental tender participations mainly for spare parts (high complexity)

Sales and Support for factory rebuild projects

Definition and alignment of the sales strategy for the local markets

Local ILS management and support

Sales planning (forecasting and planning) for the APAC markets

Qualifications and skills:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration/Logistics Management or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of proven track records in After Sales/Marketing for high-speed diesel engineering or in related business environment.

Extensive experience and resourceful in diesel engine market segment would be an advantage.

Good presentation, marketing and customers service skills

Proficient in English

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical, dynamic with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
