Sr. Supply Planning Manager will improve the materials management statistical process, production planning, capacity planning, SIOP planning process in short term and long term for all products manufactured at our Singapore Gul circle manufacturing sites. In this role, Sr. manager will lead this function as supply chain HOD, Details of job duties include:

• Lead all activities related to supply as the primary owner within the Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning process for Gul circle Singapore (Array & GSC3000 Instrument)
• Collaborate with Global BU demand planning and SIOP team to design and propose best supply vs demand scenario to balance absorption, inventory and other financial element;
• Develop and implement standard statistical process for Raw material inventory, Finish good inventory safety stock & ROP;
• Partner with procurement and sourcing organization to propose best order policy in order to drive inventory holding cost optimization;
• Lead ERP merge project and all ERP functionality improvement activities;
• Align product management and supply chain partners to ensure successful new product introduction and phase-out of discontinued raw material, finish goods phase In & out plan;
• Inventory Analysis, projection , E&O Control (FG, WIP, Raw Material)
• Build an inventory planning approach that will balance higher customer service levels at targeted inventory days of supply.
• Investigate evolving advanced planning tools, analytics, and modelling approaches to enrich the forecasting and inventory management process.
• All aspect of HOD responsibility, including DCO, PR, PR Approval, BCM, WFM;
• Long Term Capacity Planning & STRAP Planning includes equipment, raw material, space, resources;
• Monthly SIOP and Supply Pre-review;
• MPS analysis, Master Planning Review & Approval & Communication;
• Large deal simulation and management, Pre-build approval within authority;
• All aspect of people management responsibility including hiring, coaching, PMD, budget, IDP
• Lead Department Tier meeting and participant Next level Tier and articulate issue, support needed and trade off option to stakeholders;
• Drive continue process improvement and innovation culture;

• Maintain and ensure systems and procedures in Department are in compliance with SOX, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO13485, ISO14971, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and other regulatory requirements.

Education

• BSc in supply chain, operation or business;
• MBA or Equivalent is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Min 10 years work experience in end to end supply chain value stream;
• APCIS Qualified;
• Six sigma or equivalent qualified;
• Familiar with SAP, E1, Oracle MM, PP applications
• Planning and Analytical Skills, including advanced excel skill (Power Quary, Programming equivalent), strong Power BI and other database skill;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to maintain relationship with cross function team and all level of people from peers, colleague and Senior Management.
• Good problem solving skill & cross function leadership;
• Strong influencing skill
