The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.Together with our partners, we creates solutions which help companies empower their employees, engage their customers, optimize their operations, and transform their products.This amazing opportunity will allow you to focus on Microsofts technology priorities and drive adoption and penetration of Azure cloud services across App Dev, Data & Analytics / AI & Generative AI workloads with our key partners. You will provide deep architectural & technical coaching aiding our partners to develop impactful solutions and services for our customers. • Solution Development: Be the Chief Architect to our partners, aiding our partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsofts latest technologies in App Dev, Data & Analytics / AI & Generative AI
• Tech Sales: Coach partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting partners early reference customer wins, and work to unblock technical challenges
• Trusted Advisor: Develops and expands relationships with partner architects, C-level technical decision makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders (to the extent that the customer/partner will call for consultation without being prompted)
• Evangelism: Evangelize partners practices and solutions in customers implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Sessions
• Technical Engagement and Enablement through partners: Lead deep technical engagements, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, Hackathons, workshops, Technical briefings

• Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsofts Engineering teams to generate technical insights, features and roadmap, and enable best practices sharing

Qualifications:Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Deep technical hands-on skills of Azure (especially App Dev, Data & Analytics / AI & Generative AI services) and knowledge of market business environment as a mandatory requirement
• Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and services practice building with executives in ISV and SIs
• Ability to solve Partner technical problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources.
• Solid experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required

Additional/ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with designing and developing GenAI solutions highly desirable
