The Big 4 APAC Technology Strategy Lead works with the US team focused on Big 4 Professional Services firms and coordinates local teams across APAC to gather data, collaborate on performance metrics, and identify risks.Acting as the customer-facing CTO for the APAC region, this role partners with customers to provide innovative solutions in new industries and integrate Microsoft technology into their business.Maintains strong knowledge of Microsoft\'s products, solutions, and strategy while focusing on enabling and preparing the customer\'s Security and AI platforms. Serves as the customer\'s advocate internally and advises on gaps where Microsoft solutions could be beneficial. Contributes to long-term technical and business roadmaps, identifying customer issues, creating demand, and spotting opportunities.Engages enterprise customers in strategic discussions around Microsoft technologies compared to competitors.Orchestrates internal teams and partners to ensure adequate technical resources for demand generation and aligns account planning with consumption goals.Responsibilities:Education and Thought LeadershipUtilizes readiness resources for customer technology adoption at national and regional levels. Supports customer training initiatives with the Account Executive (AE) and Enterprise Skilling Initiative (ESI) teams. Influences customer technology engagement by motivating technical resources towards business transformation. Delivers industry/technology briefings to customer Chief X Officers (CXOs) and their teams.Technology Sales: Demand Generation and OrchestrationIdentifies customer issues, creates demand, and uncovers new solutions. Qualifies opportunities for product and solution sales, collaborating with technical teams like the Specialist Team Unit (STU) and Customer Success Unit (CSU). Engages key stakeholders alongside the Account Executive to generate new demands and showcases the benefits of AI and Industrial Metaverse. Leads Account Strategy Envisioning (ASE) sessions to deliver outcomes for the customer through joint envisioning efforts. Manages consumption pipeline and orchestrates MCEM lifecycle progression with STU and CSU teams.Technology Strategy FormulationProvides analysis of customer situations and advises on gaps suited for Microsoft solutions. Links Microsoft\'s strategy with customer needs, developing multi-horizon technological and business roadmaps. Aligns customer business objectives with Industry Sales Kits and Solution Plays to plan for and drive Microsoft cloud consumption.
