Responsibilities * To manage soft services of a student hostel that includes * Dining hall with caterer, laundry, cleaning, pest controls and vending machines. * Food & Beverages - ensure good quality, sufficient quantity, food handling hygi Responsibilities To manage soft services of a student hostel that includes Dining hall with caterer, laundry, cleaning, pest controls and vending machines. Food & Beverages - ensure good quality, sufficient quantity, food handling hygiene & friendliness of server and chefs. Conduct regular checks, maintenance and handle complaints related to laundry. Conduct regular checks and clean-ups to ensure cleanliness of Hall. Conduct regular checks, maintenance relating to other essential equipment and services. Review duty manager's report and follow up when necessary. Coordinate with other departments / staff in relation to supporting the boarders. Conduct room checks for boarders leaving or going on holidays to ensure the room is restored to proper condition on a half-yearly basis. Seek approval from Operations Manager for procurement of goods and services from vendors and/or suppliers. Verify monthly invoices of service providers and vendors (e.g. food catering, cleaning and laundry services). Liaise with vendors on faults and claims and ensure timely resolution. Requirements Diploma with Quality Assurance Management Background. Diploma in Facilities, Hospitality and Leisure managementcouples with experience in Soft Services are also welcome to apply. Relevant experience in soft services such as cleaning, housekeeping and landscape services Good communication and customer service skill sets
