ResponsibilitiesWork Function 1: Maintain Safety and Security of Hall
Liaise with in house technician to ensure fault reported works are carried out at the earliest time possible
Assist and investigate any incident that occur in the hall through reviewing CCTV footage Carry out programing to Biometrics system for Boarders, Residents and Full-time staff
Work Function 2: Maintain Building Infrastructure
Track work progress of contractors or in-house technician and update Operations Manager (OM)
Endorse contract works order and provide Finance department with proper documents to facilitate payment process
Assist in the tender document preparation, calling of tenders, evaluation of tenders and contract documents preparation
Manage vendor contracts and ensure on-site maintenance contracts are renewed on time.
Assist with performing FSM duties
Support preparation of logistics for events
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works for ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Audio/Video system.
Attend to helpdesk requests pertaining to facilities related matters.
\xc2\xb7Respond to all equipment or services breakdown.
Escort and monitor all M&E contractors to ensure timely completion in accordance to specifications and scope of works.
Conduct daily inspection, identify building defects and arrange to rectification works.
Source for suitable M&E and building contractors to carry out the planned maintenance and improvement works.
Oversee the health and safety management. Ensure proper submission of all license and risk assessment documentation by hard services contractors.
Requirements
Polytechnic Diploma/Vocational/Technical or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with working with external F&B vendors and soft services providers
