Job Summary
This role is established ASPAC team - HCP Experience Product Group - is responsible for providing best in class customer experience and capabilities to Health Care Professionals (HCP) across in-person and digital touchpoints in a Product Centric operating model.
The primary focus of this role will be to collaborate with business and technology partners across ASPAC region to deliver our CRM vision, Event Management and Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) product capabilities across the existing Veeva and Salesforce.com eco-system.
The position will work closely with Business Product Owners, regional Technology Leaders, Architecture and Technology services teams to evolve customer engagement capabilities to meet business strategic objectives. This person will have responsibility for delivery of single country, multi-country and AP regional technology initiatives, vendor management, requirements gathering, release planning and technical application life cycle management.
