What the role is:PUB's Singapore Water Academy (SgWA) delivers specialised training programmes for PUB officers and the water industry. You will be part of the Programme Implementation team and will drive the implementation of a new Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance the administration and delivery of training, both online and offline.What you will be working on:Your role will involve in the following, amongst others: Propose the project schedule and set project milestones for the implementation of the new LMS (Workday) Identify features in the existing LMS (Peoplesoft) and map them to the Workday Review existing workflows and processes and propose more streamlined solutions in/around Workday Perform data management and cleansing, including categorising data and deleting obsolete, duplicate, or inaccurate data; before migrating to Workday Propose solution(s) for data migration Supporting users\' transition to Workday, such as organising and facilitating User Acceptance TestsWhat we are looking for:

• Degree in IT-related discipline Proficiency in data analytics and data cleansing tools / techniques Good problem solving skills Self-motivated, able to work independently and good team player Experience in implementing enterprise IT systems, especially Workday will be an advantage Office Location: WaterHub (80 Toh Guan Road East) Applicants will be updated on the outcome of their application within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
