JOB TITLE: SENIOR ANALYST, HR OPS

JOB PURPOSE

This position provide HR operational support to recruitment, payroll, HRIS, training and development, employee engagement to employees in Singapore plant (mainly para professional) for both Ultem and Benoi operation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities; sourcing & screening resume, interview candidates with hiring manager, engaging agencies to ensure candidates\' resume quality. Responsible for the hiring in a timely manner, and advising on the workflow approval for RR. Preparing pay proposal, letter of offer, confirmation etc. Co-ordinating with APAC HR on annual increment exercise, promotion preparation with managers etc. Manage vendor (3rd Party)) contract renewal (PR/PO)
  • Manage the employee life cycle process from onboarding including orientation to offboarding for FTE and contractors. For non national employee, execute work pass application/renewal timely to ensure no disruption to work schedule. Maintain and update employee information records in HRIS / P-file
  • Lead in validating OT working hours, a complex process involving multiple work shift schedules, varied working hours among Ultem & Compounding plant, shift allowances, rest day work etc and reconciling with any changes in employees\' work schedule planned by hiring manager. The incumbent is responsible to manage the final payout particulars for resignees, leave encashment etc.., categorizing for foreign workers to ensure tax clearance etc
  • Benefits administration such as leave system, outpatient medical and insurance administration and ensure service deliverables by 3rd party vendors. Conducting annual awareness workshop to employees, on changes, clarification of questions etc
  • Co-ordinate the Talent Review Process (TRP) with the hiring managers, working on the manual process, and compiling from production managers the review for overall Benoi ratings distribution. Conducting TRP review session to ascertain ratings are done objectively with focus on Excellent & above, as well as Improvemen needed ratings to ensuring high quality and objective reviews to support business operation
  • To drive Employee Engagement activities participation from employees, soliciting member nomination, enhance employees connectivity. Assume ad hoc assignment, process streamline initiatives duties where applicable eg. Timing and attendance system blueprinting etc
  • Plan and engage function on Regulatory training requirer training applications is in accordance with policy and adhere to SHEM04 procedures, liaise with local institutions on training for employees and co-ordination of regulatory training requirements such as annual health examination for Benoi plant
  • Lead in regular internal audit, SHEM (HR module) and increasingly complex audit requirement from customer audit \xe2\x80\xa6 (around 10 annually)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in MNC companies
  • Strong in HR daily operational function and activities
  • Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment
  • Well organized, strong process orientation
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SAP and Success Factor will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and legislations
