DESIGNATION : Sr/Executive, Marketing (Quick Commerce)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be responsible for the execution of Omni-Channel and Offline-to-Online (O2O) marketing strategy for our FairPrice Quick Commerce division. The marketing executive will develop and execute marketing strategies at scale to drive user acquisition and feature adoption. The individual must be able to deal with ambiguity, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, build and execute go-to-market plans and integrated marketing campaigns that drive business objectives and commercial results
  • Work closely with the analytics team to gather and analyze actionable consumer insights to integrate with business planning and drive growth
  • Identify, advise and consult on key issues and improvement opportunities and help to deliver potential solutions that drive value creation
  • Ensure a consumer-first approach across campaigns in creative assets, messaging and strategy
  • Develop relevant metrics to track success, course-correcting as appropriate
  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and product features adoption
  • Strong knowledge of trends in the eCommerce and Retail industry to affect the strategy/direction of the product solutions
  • Experience with planning and executing offline marketing materials such as Point of Sales Materials (POSMs) is a bonus

QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing for eCommerce and Retail; preferably experiences in product marketing, campaign management and omni-channel marketing
  • Hands-on experience in building and executing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns and leveraging marketing automation technology
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to inspire and influence key internal and external stakeholders; build and manage wider relationships
  • Highly analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with the business at all levels
  • Resilience, driven and get-things-done mindset
  • Proficiency in excel is a must, familiarity with GA360, Data Studio and SQL is a plus
