The Business Transformation Specialist will be part of the Innovation Lab, which is responsible for the rollout of initiatives that are aimed at transforming internal business processes, uplifting our officers\' internal capabilities to innovate, and driving a culture of innovation within HTX. He/she will play a pivotal role in managing business process engineering, innovative practices and change management initiatives for key functions in HTX (starting with procurement). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing change initiatives, and ensuring successful adoption of new innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, change leadership, and innovative mindset to drive transformative change and continuous improvement across the organization.What you will be working on:

  • Lead, manage and oversee business process engineering initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and redesign key business processes for optimization and efficiency in key HTX\'s functions (starting with procurement). \xe2\x80\xa2Drive the development and implementation of process improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices to streamline operations and enhance organizational performance. \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement. \xe2\x80\xa2Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements, change initiatives, and innovation, identifying opportunities for further enhancements and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2Provide coaching to teams involved in process engineering, change management, and innovation, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. \xe2\x80\xa2Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and ensure effective change governance, stakeholder management, and innovation governance throughout the change process.
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of Bachelor\'s or post-graduate degree in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2Minimum 3 to 5 yrs of experience and proven track record in business process engineering, change management, innovation, or related roles. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2Proven skills and ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving process improvement and change management objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and drive impactful change initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2Project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. \xe2\x80\xa2Passion for driving change and fostering a culture of innovation within organisations. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
