Job Duties
1. Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking dishes;
2. Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Monitoring and controlling stock levels;
3. Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for the restaurant;
4. Hiring and firing employees;
5. Meeting health and safety standards
Requirement
1. Minimum 2 years cooking experience
2. Team leader & Management level
3. Weekends might be required back to work for supervising
