We are looking for Management Trainee (Cook / Chef) to join us at our Marche outlets at: * 313 Somerset * VivoCity * Suntec City * JEM Responsibilities: * Food preparation in accordanc We are looking for Management Trainee (Cook / Chef) to join us at our Marche outlets at: 313 Somerset VivoCity Suntec City JEM Responsibilities: Food preparation in accordance with daily operations Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production Maintain quality and standard of food Taking orders from guests (for Market Restaurant) Administrative tasks if required Any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager Requirements: 6-day work week including weekends (rotating shift in between 7am to 12am) Hardworking, able to work with a team and independently if needed We Offer: Attractive salary package Meals provided Laundry Allowance Off in lieu for working on a Public Holiday Transport provided for closing shift Performance Allowance Goldbar awards for NON-MC 50% discount for dining in the restaurant Fun and working environment (We believe in productivity at work comes from making our working environment a fun one!)
