Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the hotel. Ensure restaurant kitchen have the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shift Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food reparation areas as instructed by chef On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform. Flexibility to work in any of the 4 hotels (Maxwell Reserve; Duxton Reserve; The Vagabond Club; The Serangoon House) Adaptability/Flexibility to accommodate other department needs including but not limited to luggage/F&B/Housekeeping. * Any other duties / tasks as requested by management
