We are looking to hire Stock Loan Referral Agent, This individual will have the flexibility to work remotely and set their own schedule. Having structured finance and securities lending experience would be an advantage but not a must. : - As our company continues to grow expeditiously, we are seeking to hire an outstanding Stock Loan Referral Agent with extensive experience in the securities and equities markets to work within our Private Placement department. The Agent will work as an independent contractor to facilitate the origination of non-recourse collateralized stock loans by leveraging previously or newly developed relationships with corporations, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. The Agent will coordinate all communications and gathering of relevant documentation from initial inquiries all the way through the funding of a loan. Compensation will be in the form of origination fees and back-end commissions for loans funded. Strong connections with securities brokerage firms would be an advantage Having a structured finance and securities lending experience would be an advantage but not a must This individual will have the flexibility to work remotely and set their own schedule.
