Opening Job Opportunity: Store Admin
As the Store Admin, you will support our daily inventory and store operations. Your role ensures smooth handling of goods, accurate stock records and timely shipment coordination and managing the order processing for consumable items.
What You Will Do
Receive goods from external suppliers and internal teams
Record incoming materials and consumables in the inventory system
Issue parts and consumables to the production floor
Perform 'Pick & Pack' duties to support shipment deliveries
Handle data entry and filing of store-related documents
Arrange online shipments
Support annual stock-take and audit exercises
Assist with general store operations and housekeeping
Handle the order processing for consumable items and monitor the order status
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
What You Must Have
GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related work experience
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
What We're Looking For:
Basic inventory handling - receiving, issuing, and recording stock
Attention to detail - careful with data entry and stock updates
Team player - able to work well with others in a fast-paced setting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
