Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and transactions
Process incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation
Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking requests
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and usage
Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and filing
Provide support to the store manager and staff as needed
Other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' level
Proficient in MS Office application
Multi-tasked, well organized, meticulous and dependable team player
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in similar industry
Ability to communicate well in English
* Ability to start work with short notice preferred
