Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for accurate and efficient receipt, put-away, loans, storage, retrieval, pack, deliver and maintenance of all goods and equipment within the warehouse operations. Accountable for accurate data entry into correct system within specified cut off time. Ensure materials are properly tagged, in correct location & stored orderly, maximizing space but with a view for easy picking and stock checking. Ensure materials are selected and issued according to instructions and moved to the production, kitting or packing area. Conduct periodic stock checks with target of no discrepancies. Liaise with packaging /shipping vendors, prepare shipping documents in full and correctly; are sorted accurately; are prepared on time for shipping; all shipping marks and labels are affixed correctly. On-time lodgment and delivery of shipment as per service agreement with customer. Manage field or customers' returns, issue/delivery through RMA procedures. Other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior / ManagementRequirements: Minimum NTC level, preferably with 3 to 5 years' experience in production/warehouse environment. Minimum 2 years' experience in using ERP/MRP system, as this position requires candidate to be hands-on in the implementation and execution of MRP system. Active, good at numbers and a fast learner Preferably with Class 3 driving license.
