Job Description

:

The Store Designer will work closely with the direct report to lead the design phase maintaining each brand equity.

He/She will be the key contact under the umbrella of Estee Lauder Company brands to develop layout proposal and detailing. As well as approving all drawings pertaining to sites for our locations across the APAC region.

The role requires the candidate to be meticulous on drawings, understand project management, great time management and produce clear drawing to be used for multiple stake holders. There is a key element of work effectiveness to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on brand.

The multiple brands that our company carries will be assigned upon each site is introduced & will be allocated based on expertise.

\xc2\xb7 The Store Designer has to ensure team work and clear communication to Global NY offices, our local shop-fitters, region project managers (PM) and brand material suppliers. The NY Brand teams are to lead the finalisation of materials with our TR head offices.

\xc2\xb7 He/She is to ensure all projects are completely studied and designed to meet the brand design standards.

\xc2\xb7 He/She has to review site requirements and share potential solution(s) to the location.

\xc2\xb7 He/She is to learn and acquire understanding to the library of materials for a selection of brands and to possess excellent organisation skills in ensuring a high quality of information is maintained.

\xc2\xb7 He/She has to have had exceptional quality technical drawing filing previously for the projects.

\xc2\xb7 He/She is to ensure a high level of precision in these drawings that allows for effective delivery of design and communication within the visual merchandising and project management teams.
Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 The ideal candidate will have an BA(HONS) Architecture or Interior degree from Singapore/APAC Region.

\xc2\xb7 3~5 years experience of working in leading shop fitter/construction companies with a key understanding of retail design methodology will be essential

\xc2\xb7 Proficient computer skills in Apple iOS environment, using a cross the Adobe suite, Vectorworks, AutoCAD

\xc2\xb7 Strong time management skills and space planning .

\xc2\xb7 A strong communicator with proficiency in rationalizing design solutions

\xc2\xb7 Thrive and enjoy in a fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 A personal interest in working for market leading brands and marketing brands
