Dedicated to changing societal perceptions of second-hand goods, they aim to cultivate a culture of positivity and contribute significantly to Japan\'s economic development. They are currently looking for Store Executives to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbFulfil retail responsibilities, which include welcoming customers, providing attentive service to customers and cleaning the store
\xe3\x83\xbbMake product recommendations based on customer needs
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide excellent service and build long term relationships with customers
\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain a professional appearance in accordance with established guidelines
\xe3\x83\xbbDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the product range
\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain a high level of product knowledge of the target customers, product range, industry trends, customization and sales methods to deliver an excellent customer experience
\xe3\x83\xbbProcess sales transaction with a high degree of accuracy
\xe3\x83\xbbAchieve sales targets maximize sales
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist with customers after-sales service such as repair, returns or exchange
\xe3\x83\xbbMaintain a clean and orderly sales floor, including restocking products, tidying shelves and arranging displays
\xe3\x83\xbbProcess online order for reply, collections and packing as required
\xe3\x83\xbbReceiving incoming goods
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist with transferring product, inventory and stock counts
\xe3\x83\xbbTo train talents

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbNo experience required
\xe3\x83\xbbProficiency in English and Chinese languages skills to be able to liaise effectively with English and native Mandarin-speaking customers
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to work meticulously and diligently
\xe3\x83\xbbWith experience in Sales/Customer Service experience in Retail / Hospitality field would be an advantage
