Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client experiences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients while monitoring and providing support to the team on CRM management.
- Guide the team in reaching sales targets and KPIs to optimize business outcomes.
- Take charge of cross-functional compliance communication internally.
- Collaborate closely with HR for talent recruitment and training oversight.
- GCE \'N\' Level and above.
- Minimum 8 years of related experience, including at least 3 years as a shop-in-charge, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion retail.
- Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office.
