You will contribute to a great customer experience by providing exceptional window presentation with elevated styling in both, windows and indoor across all departments within your flagship store.

Together with Visual Merchandiser Manager you will set a clear strategy and lead and coach the visual team through trainings to improve the window and styling level within the store. You will contribute to strengthen the brand position through the fashion perception and elevated customer experience in the windows and indoor in the key location flagship store.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver on great customer experience:

• Ensure you are up-to-date with current fashion trends and styling techniques so you can anticipate your customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
• Benchmark the styling level across the sales market competitors and identify opportunities accordingly.
• Ensure you meet customer expectations on direct service according to H&M standards.
• Follow up the H&M Visual Identity through implementation of the Commercial Handbook and secure well-styled GTL mannequins in windows and in store and make sure the styling is according to each customer profile.
• Coordinate and ensure the implementation of the special window solutions in collaboration with your Area Visual, SM Visual responsible and the Regional Stylist.
• Align and ensure a consistent styling level across the store and the different concepts
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales and perform sales follow-up and initiate actions to reach sales targets.

Support and develop:\xe2\x80\x8b

• Support and inspire your store team with window and styling trainings and educate them on seasonal trend information.
• Share, inspire and educate your team through kick offs and meetings

Visual routines:

• Follow up on the commercial routines such as store KPIs and initiate actions to reach store goals and budgets, adapt the store planning according to store needs and budget from the commercial plan.
• Handle and maintain all display material with sustainability in mind.
• Keep visual room organized and safe together with the rest of the visual team

• Strong fashion interest and curiosity
• Excellent styling skills & Knowledgeable of the styling techniques, standards and details.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Knowledge of the global customer profiles and fashion relevant for the target customer, taking into consideration local needs\xe2\x80\x8b
• Aware of the competitor landscape and identify opportunities accordingly
• Strong assortment curation that creates a commercial and attractive offer for our customers, considering the total offer in terms of product types, prices, fashion levels, prints, colours, materials etc.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a good English written and verbal communication
