Full-Time job for Service / Bartender in a Kubes Bistro, located at 31 Campbell Lane, Singapore 209903. ELIGIBILITY Experience in F&B sector Ability to take care of operations single handedly Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness. Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.WHAT YOU WILL DO Welcome guests Attend to tables Serve food and drinks Prepare cocktails Stock ice, glassware and other supplies Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar & dining area Process billing, payment and complete cashier reports Process orders to suppliers and arrange for delivery Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Marketing call to customers Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendationsGOOD TO HAVE Degree, Diploma or technical certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Hospitality / Restaurant Managment / Restaurant Operations. Mixologist.
