Job Description
Responsibilities:Attend to incoming/ outgoing parcel or cargo.
Organize and manage parts store
Drive forklift/ reach truck
Prepare shipping document (Invoicing and packing list by excel)
Check supplier invoice and submit for payment
Reserve spare parts
Prepare packing for small and medium size cargo
Carry out stock taking
Collect parts from internal warehouse
Any adhoc support at parts storeRequirementsMinimum Secondary school education
Experience 2 years
Microsoft Office knowledge
Forklift licence and Class 3Other information
- work hours - 8am-5.15pm/Mon-Fri
