Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of Supervisory work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Role Purpose
Responsible for assisting the Store Manager through effective administration of the department to achieve a smooth day-to-day operations and efficient customer service.Key Accountabilities1. Sales Achievement Plan

• Meets and exceed the companyaEUR(TM)s sales goals and service standards on a consistent basis.
• Creates additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate items.
• Attends and participate in store meetings, company training sessions as required furthering the development of skills to meet the companyaEUR(TM)s objectives.
• Adheres to policies/standards to achieve the sales targets.

2. Customer Engagement

• Ensures high levels of customersaEUR(TM) satisfaction through excellent service.
• Spends most of his/her time on the selling floor meeting customers and assisting and managing staff.

3. Store Operations

• Consistently follow and abide by the companyaEUR(TM)s established registers and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Actively participates and supports the companyaEUR(TM)s safety and security standards at all times.
• Assists in meeting the companyaEUR(TM)s brand image and housekeeping standards.
• Ensures promotions are accurate and in tune with companyaEUR(TM)s standards.
• Assists in the implementation of safety measures in consonance with corporate security standards for the safety and security of merchandise, customers and employees.

4. Merchandise and Stock Management

• Supports and participates in the inventory management functions to include: receiving procedures, transfers, pricing procedures, product counts and physical inventories as required.
• Maintains inventory and ensure items are in stock.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per monthBenefits:
