Job Description
Job Scope:
- Reporting to Store Manager.
- Coordinate store operations (inbound/outbound processing, inventory, order fulfilment)
- Direct day to day activities of store personnel
- Conduct Daily Tool Box Meeting for brief Safety things.
- Oversee all the professional activities of store teams which involve providing regular performance reviews, training new staff member, scheduling shifts, assigning tasks and etc.
- Controlling quality of works (Eg: Fabrication, welding work, repair work and etc)
- Maintaining store inventory, ensuring that deliveries are made on time, inventory counts are accurate and always remaining adequately stocked with unnecessary waste.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures
- Ad-hoc duties as delegated by immediate superior
- Diploma preferred with minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in store operations
- Physically fit (moving of goods involved)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Maintain accurate inventory level
- Ensure efficiency in store operations
