Responsibilities:
  • Able to estimate the daily production needs
  • Carry out any other duties as required by management
  • Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality
  • Responsible to supervise junior bakers and cashier
  • Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a friendly working environment
  • Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
  • Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim
  • Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation
  • Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise

Requirements:
  • Candidates who have prior supervisory experience in the F&B industry are highly advantageous
  • Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desired outcome
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Possess baking or culinary skills

Working Hours:
  • 8am - 5pm
  • 5.5 days work week (Alternate 5/6 day work weeks)

  • Jewel Changi Airport B2
