Responsibilities:
- Able to estimate the daily production needs
- Carry out any other duties as required by management
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality
- Responsible to supervise junior bakers and cashier
- Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a friendly working environment
- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
- Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim
- Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation
- Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Candidates who have prior supervisory experience in the F&B industry are highly advantageous
- Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desired outcome
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Possess baking or culinary skills
Working Hours:
- 8am - 5pm
- 5.5 days work week (Alternate 5/6 day work weeks)
Working Location:
- Jewel Changi Airport B2
