Job Description

A European company has the opening for the post of Store Supervisor with the following requirements: Qualification: Diploma in Store and Material Management -at least 5 years of experience in store management and supervisor position. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory management. -Drive Company\'s van to job sites - Class 3 driving licence is a must -Thorough understanding of Stores procedures and policies. Duties: Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials and equipment are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy. -Ensures that an accurate inventory record of stock issues and equipment is maintained in accordance with established procedures. -Ensures orderly storage of incoming shipments and finished goods; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations. -Communicates results of inventory reviews to Manager; collaborates with Manager to schedule future shipments. Delegates fulfillment of Customer Orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled. Pickup items at Suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 Warehouse Delivers items to Project jobsites - AMK / Novena / Orchard. Only local needs to apply as there will be not support for work pass application.
