Location: Changi Airport Singapore
2 days off/ week
Rotational Shift (must able to commit):
- 5.45AM - 3.30PM
- 10.00AM - 7.45PM
- 1.15PM - 1.00AM
- 10.15 PM - 8.00AM (Midnight Shift)
**Transport will be provided for odd hours.
Salary: Basic Salary + Allowances + Commissions
Job Responsibilities:
- Act on the daily store review and ensure relevant store standards checks are carried out and any necessary action taken
- Motivate & coach the team to deliver individual and store targets, including average transaction value and add on sales
- Performance management of staff \xe2\x80\x93 lateness, absence, poor work rate, poor service
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Stock management including promotions and on-shelf availability
- Implement the company security policy to reduce shrink and losses
- Work with the management team to guarantee staff availability on the shop floor through coordinating your team\'s rotas and attendance
- Follow company policies and procedures relating to cash, stock and HR
- Ensure store is fully compliant with pricing, promotions, legislation and Health and Safety
- Duty manage the store in the Store Manager\xe2\x80\x99s absence
Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading and motivating a team
- Proven experience of working to and achieving challenging sales targets
- Previous experience of working in a customer focused retail environment
- Strong communication skills
- An understanding of the performance management process Airport
- Airside pass requirements \xe2\x80\x93 valid passport, 5 years continuous referencing, consent to undertake a Criminal Record Check
