Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory management.
Thorough understanding of Stores procedures and policies.
Drive Company\'s van to Suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 Warehouses - Class 3 driving license
50% Travelling to Project Sites - Novena / Orchard / Ang Mo Kio / Toa Payoh.
JOB SCOPE;
8 am to 6 pm / 5.5 days
Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials and equipment are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.
Ensures that an accurate inventory record of stock issues and equipment is maintained in accordance with established procedures.
Ensures orderly storage of incoming shipments and finished goods; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
Communicates results of inventory reviews to Manager; collaborates with Manager to schedule future shipments.
Delegates fulfillment of Customer Orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled.
Pickup items at Suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 Warehouse
Delivers items to Project Sites - Novena / Orchard / Ang Mo Kio / Toa Payoh.
