Job Description

Entry level partnerships coordinator/executive to join the BDM team to support in year round partnerships activations, liaison and administration for DBS Paylah!, PACE (new) and other resellers and marketing partners, so that the Partnerships Lead is able to focus on API partnerships and other key growth areas.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage, support, track and grow current Partnerships portfolio (Resellers, Sponsors, API Partners, Marketing Partners)
• Manage operational tasks of partner sales operations, including, but not limited to Partner onboarding, contracting, and programme/ campaign/ executions for various incentives, support and escalations from partners
• Identify new partnership opportunities to drive key product area objectives and prepare sales materials presentations
• Drive cross-functional engagement with international and external stakeholders including Legal, Product, Engineering and Operations in order to build high impact programs and deliver on brand partnership programs objectives
• Maintain pipelines & tracking documents, communicate key updates to leadership & cross-functional teams
• Manage internal stakeholders to execute partnership projects
• Work cross functionally with the marketing and product teams to support strategic efforts

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
• 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising, Account Servicing or Business Development roles preferred
• Being goal oriented, you know how to motivate yourself and your team to find ways to achieve and overachieve under tight deadlines.
• You are an independent thinker, being able to set goals for yourself and to proactively look for new opportunities.
