At Beam, our business is continually evolving - and members of the Central Team can expect to get opportunities to contribute to a range of key initiatives. Example responsibilities for this role would include:

• Working closely with countries and functions to execute and track strategic initiatives, as part of a disciplined cadence of monthly business reviews (MBRs)
• Performing data analysis and visualization to identify business issues and develop/iterate workable solutions (e.g. on pricing and fleet operations)
• Supporting market entry via assessment and planning of activities including supply chain, fleet operations, warehousing and product localisation
• Executing desk and primary interview research to assess and design possible expansion verticals/new business bets

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working in startups, consulting or banking
• Proficient in Excel and other data visualisation tools, SQL experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Determination to learn and succeed in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment
• Willing to travel for work
